The MTN Spike is designed for speed hiking in autumn & winter on icy, snowy and mixed terrain. Engineered to adapt to all types of footwear, it makes it possible to move rapidly over ice and snow-pack. The robust construction with eighteen stainless steel spikes delivers good traction. Supplied with a protective storage bag. Sizing Guide: EU: S=36-39, M=39-42, L=42-44, XL=44-47 UK: S=3.5-6, M=6-8, L=8-9.5, XL=9.5-12

Easy to carry with bag included. Easy mounting on trail running shoes. They look well built and durable. Very good for not very technical uses.
